Phills Model Shop is the trading name of the sole proprietor Mr. H.P. Alder.
Our VAT number is GB 708 8157 17 and all prices on our On-Line Shop or displayed in the Shop are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%.
Buying On-line could not be easier. Just click on the button On-Line Shop at the top of the screen and select the category that you require. Once you have selected all the items (you will need to contact us for post and packing charges if paying by PayPal, Cash, Cheque or Postal Order), go to the checkout and fill in the required details.

Phills Model Shop accepts all major Credit/Debit Cards including American Express and all payments will be converted into Pounds Sterling. If you wish to pay using your Debit/Credit Card, please Tel/Fax your details to us on:

You can also pay online using PayPal or send Cheques and Postal Orders to the Shop Address. All orders will receive confirmation by return email.

Order Dispatch:

We try to dispatch orders on the day they are received, however, if an item is not in stock we will email you to advise delivery times.

Tax Charges:

UK/EU: All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail or our Carriers and the P&P charged to you at cost + VAT @ 17.5% for delivery in the U.K/EU.

Overseas: Orders for non UK/EU delivery (even if placed in the UK/EU) are VAT FREE as are the shipping charges so please ensure you click the Exempt Button on the Order Form.

Quality Assurance:

At Phills Model Shop we stock Model Products that we hope are manufactured to the highest standard. If any product appears to be faulty then please contact us in the first instance by Phone, Fax, Post or e-mail to explain your concerns. If we can’t resolve the problem, you may then return the item/s to us for either an exchange or a refund of the cost of the item/s (excluding shipping cost).
